Often, yes. A £60–£100 SSD and RAM upgrade can make a five-year-old PC feel new for everyday use. We’ll benchmark yours first and tell you honestly whether an upgrade beats a replacement.
What’s the best upgrade for a slow PC?
For most people, an SSD. It’s the single biggest speed boost available — boot times drop from minutes to seconds and everything feels snappier. RAM is second if you multitask heavily.
Can my laptop be upgraded?
Many laptops can — our upgrades include SSDs and RAM in most models, sometimes Wi-Fi cards too. Some ultrabooks have soldered parts; we’ll check your exact model and tell you what’s possible before you spend anything.

Yes — we supply quality parts with manufacturer warranties at fair prices, or fit parts you’ve already bought. Either way, fitting includes full configuration and stress-testing.
